![]() I have found an alternative solution by enabling the old task manager which runs with the highest user privileges available thus allowing the users to kill their own tasks without affecting the server. However this worked just fine in Pre Windows server 2012 environments so adding the cost of additional cloud server just to be able to kill tasks is not a good idea. RDS needs a domain, but it should not be running on the same Server as your DC.
